Whisking

Prepare whisk - Place the whisk in hot water for a few seconds to loosen the strings each time before use.
Add matcha to water - Place tea powder (1 g for per serving and hot water (80)in a bowl and begin to whisk.
Whisking - Whisk the ingredients as quickly as possible using an M- or W-shaped motion, taking special care not to scrape the prongs across the bottom of the bowl.
Remove whisk - After an even layer of foam has formed, slowly remove the whisk in a swirling motion to create a soft peak of foam on top.

Cleaning- Place the whisk under a gentle stream of hot water until clean.
Drying- After rinsing place whisk on top of the whisk holder to fully air dry. The holder helps whisk to keep its shape and avoid growing mold.
Important note: Do not put whisk in a washing machine or use washing liquid as it could damage the whisks.
