Our superior and premium grades are high quality teas both great for latte and pure matcha drinks. Both teas come from the Uji Kyoto region whose soil quality and climate produces tea that is non bitter, smooth in texture and high in umami taste.

For latte grade we sourced a high quality tea from the Shizioka area, its flavour is strong but non bitter making it ideal for mixing for latte.
