We will do everything we can to ensure your order reaches you in the expected timeframe.

On rare occasions when your order is delayed and missing they must be reported to us no later then 14 days after the dispatch date.

NON PERISHABLE ITEMS
We only accept returns and exchanges for non perishable items within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Once we receive the returned item a full refund will be issued via the original payment method on approval after inspection.

PERISHABLE ITEMS
Returns can not be accepted for any perishable goods. Since our matcha are considered perishable, we can not accept returns for these perishable items once opened.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Parcels which have not been delivered after 7 business days will be considered lost and refunded in full.

We will offer refunds for any items deemed defective by Moicha - these items must be returned prior to exchange in the original, unopened, factory sealed packaging.

Moicha, defines defective items as:

Food Items: Unfit for safe consumption, due to its age, contamination, or packaging damages. 

Non-food Item: Unfit for use, due to any visible damages, including breaks, tears, or contamination of any sort.

ITEMS IN TRANSIT
Refunds cannot be issued when items are in transit.
